Mike & Karyn

Dear Birthmother,

We are Mike, Karyn, and David, and we can only imagine what a difficult, yet courage?s decision you have decided to make. What you are deciding to do is the most unselfish act a person could do to help a couple/ family grow.

Hopefully our profile will show what a love we have for our son, our families, and any other child we are blessed to have in our home.

Now about us, we will be married nine years this fall. Mike owns his own business. Karyn worked seven and half years in a Child Development Center and is now a stay at home mom to our 4year old son, David, a cat, and new puppy.

David will be in kindergarten this fall so Karyn will be able to devote this time to the total and complete care of your child.

Both of us are active with our son, families, and church. We live no further than 15 minutes from the majority of our family and extended families. The only exception being Karyn?s brother and his family that live 45 minutes away but whom we visit with on a regular basis.

We live in a quite neighborhood filled with children. Our house is the central location for play. This is due to the fact that we have boys on one side and girl?s on the other that come over to play with David. We are also able to walk or ride bikes to the neighborhood pool.

Mike and I are ready to enlarge our family, and David is ready to be a big brother and has been praying for a brother or sister for two years. He has already said that he will help with everything but diaper changing and if he has a brother he wants bunk beds so they can share his room.

David was conceived with the help of an infertility specialist, unfortunately this is no longer an option for us. Due to our dream of enlarging our family, we believe that adoption is the answer to that dream.

It is our hope and prayers that we will be able to make this difficult yet courage?s decision a little easier

Mike, Karyn, and David
